License Requirements

International travelers need an International Driving License, while Indonesian citizens should have their National driving license ready.
Safety & Responsibility
Your safety is our priority!
Any accidents, damages, or theft involving the vehicle are the customer's responsibility, including third-party liabilities for uninsured vehicles.
Security Deposit
Simple deposit, full refund!
A security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required during your rental adventure. This will be fully refunded when you return the car in the same wonderful condition you received it.
Insurance Claims

For insured vehicles, there's a Rp. 1,000,000 deductible per accident when making an insurance claim.

Insurance Exclusions

Our rental rates are based on 24-hour periods. Need extra time? Additional hours are charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour.

Driver Responsibility
You're in the driver's seat!
You are fully responsible for any consequences if you let someone else drive the vehicle. The rental agreement is specifically for you as the designated driver.
Only the registered renter should drive the vehicle to ensure everyone's safety and compliance.
Vehicle Usage Area

Vehicles are not permitted to be driven outside Bali island without prior approval from BALI EXPLORE HOLIDAY.
